by the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® and RealSource
Association of REALTORS®. As a
REALTOR® owned MLS, the NJMLS adheres to guidelines recommended
by the National Association of REALTORS® and guarantees that
every member receive an EQUAL REPRESENTATION IN ITS GOVERNANCE.
Through this governance structure and after 20 years of hard work
and dedication, REALTOR® members have built the NJMLS into one
of the most successful MLSs’ in the state of NJ.
The NJMLS is a cooperative information network of Real Estate Offices
that provide descriptions of most of the homes and properties for
sale in Bergen County and surrounding areas. It insures that your
property’s information will be available to be seen by all
the other members in the association.
Selling or buying on your home is not an easy task. An NJMLS member
will take you through the entire process, oversee the details, and
